Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

One-Time Purchases

Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting support@shopvediclife.com

After Dispatch: Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. You may request a return or refund if eligible (see below).

Subscriptions

Modify or Cancel Anytime: You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

Billing Cutoff: Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid automatic processing.

No Penalty: There are no cancellation fees or hidden charges.

 

Refund & Return Eligibility

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied, please review our Refund Policy for eligibility.

Opened Products: Due to the nature of wellness supplements, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Expo Purchases: All expo sales are final unless the product is defective or mislabeled.
